On to Rio!

We left the tranquility of Paraty for the glamour and glitz of Rio de Janeiro. We'd been warned by numerous folk to be wary of the dangers of this beautiful city but we never once felt threatened (dumb luck?). It's truly a site to behold, with its white sand beaches nestled up against dramatic rock formations and mountains.



We stayed on Impanema which was a fabulous beach...
